Kwai Cheung Chan of the General Accounting Office
- has been investigating Gulf War issues for along time.
- He wrote the book on Anthrax, and explored health
- issues galore. However, he is burned out, having seen
- so much corruption skirted by government agencies.
We sat down and talked with him April 3rd, and
- found Kwai most receptive. Covered quite a range
- of topics, and listened to Kwai's stories of how much
- he has been through himself. The story about Doug
- Rokke was most upsetting, as was some of the
- other stories.
It still came down to this, without fresh testimony
- from the many veterans with classified data, little
- or nothing would happen.
