- National Archives and Record
- Administration
We have been here so often, and each time is so
- very frustrating. These people are easily the
- sloppiest record keepers, and just as dishonest
- as they come.
Getting anything is like pulling teeth, with the nasty
- looks to boot. Yet, we saw violations all around
- us.
Their position is, the Gulf War issue is too new for
- them, and they havent been getting the material
- from Suiteland yet. However, they couldnt account
- for their Presidential Advisory Committee material
- or the Centcom forward or rear records that were
- in their possession.
They have time to post George Bush's diary, and
- with that I believe they can get off their back ends
- on the rest.
Was funny though, when I mentioned Christopher
- Shays name they came in mass to help me. Venus
- almost fell over laughing when the NARA staff all
- but offered me coffee. Hats off to Chris for keeping
- people jumpy.
